Ah, It Is The Green Line!
So come to find out finally, after numerous unspecified notices, that the Green Line Construction is why the Red Line won't run this weekend. As outlined by TriMet. I however, am not really buying it. The Blue Line can go thru but not the Red? They BOTH connect to the Green Line! Oh well, it is just one weekend.
